Located in Westlands, Nairobi, this three-level commercial underground parking park suffered from intense subterranean water table pressure. Hydrostatic forces drove moisture through retaining wall cracks and floor cold joints, causing active stream leaks, mineral salt efflorescence, and vehicle damage.
Our engineers executed high-pressure hydrophobic polyurethane foam injection to immediately choke off active water streaming points. Once dry, we power-chipped the concrete walls and applied a premium negative-side crystalline slurry that penetrates the concrete pores to form an integrated, permanent moisture barrier.
Subterranean spring channels below Nairobi Westlands created constant high hydrostatic water pressure, which repeatedly washed away standard cement mortar repairs.
Our engineering team used high-pressure water-activated polyurethane grout. Upon contacting the leaking water, it instantly foamed to create a elastic seal inside the structural pores, drying out the parking block.
"Our basement car park has been bone dry for over a year now, despite heavy rains. Phemat solved a problem that three other contractors failed to fix."
